What You’ll Build

Position title: SAP i Xp Intern – SAP Integrations in CAS Cloud Application Services Americas Delivery Center

Location: São Paulo, Brazil

Expected start date: April 2026

• Support the Delivery Center Americas Management Team and CAS Engagements;

• Support operations of our CAS Managed Services; (AMS Concept)

• Use analytical skills to provide inputs and recommendations to improve the operation;

• Have the opportunity to learn about complex landscapes in real scenarios;

• Interaction with Global Teams and SAP Customers;

• Gain experience in ITIL processes and Delivery Operations;

• Possibility to learn about SAP Solutions contracted by our Customers.

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

• Currently studying Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Natural Sciences or equivalent;

• Excellent communication skills;

• Strong in teamwork and ability to learn and adapt quickly;

• Takes initiative;

• Fluent in English (verbal and written);

• Spanish is desirable;

• Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills;

• Energetic and goal oriented;

• Basic knowledge of web services, APIs, REST, and SOAP protocols;

• Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, or similar technologies;

• Understanding of cloud computing principles and web-based technologies

SAP Cloud Application Services (CAS) is a business unit in the Customer Services and Delivery (CS&D) and provides a wide range of services for managing business process and application logic, data layers, application security, software releases, performance, integrations and adoption accelerator through a subscription. Our application experts are engaged across the customer lifecycle to understand customers’ needs, helping to define and scope elements and outcomes aiming at a delivery of service excellence.

• The SAP unit “Managed Service Delivery Center
• Americas” successfully supports local and global customers from various industries in maintenance, daily operation, and ongoing functional support of their SAP business applications.
