About the SAP Internship Experience Program

The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAP’s global, strategic, paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers.

What you’ll do:

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria (office attendance is min 3 times a week)

Time schedule: 40/30 hours per week

Expected start date to end date: 01.03.2026 – 01.09.2026

Student status is mandatory

• Support the organization of internal and external meetings
• Perform and monitor purchase activities
• Arrange business travel and expense reporting
• Support processing of internal and external documentation
• Assist with the organization, coordination and execution of virtual and/or in-person internal and external company events
• Support day-to-day operations across the Administration & Operations team

What you bring:

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

• Team player attitude, good communication and networking skills
• Basic knowledge of Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Share Point)
• Fluency in oral and written English and Bulgarian
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Very good time management and organization skills
• Proactivity, flexibility and self-organization are highly valued
• Design skills are a plus
• University student enrolled in Public Relations, Marketing, Business Administration or similar
