KEY RESPORSIBILITIES AND TASKS

· Lead end-to-end solution design and configuration across relevant Finance solutions in S/4HANA, applying state-of-the-art methodologies and using tools like Cloud ALM, Signavio
· Introduce SAP and industry leading practices based on best practice, standard content and experience
. Drive innovation adoptions in Finance: standard and custom AI use cases and automations
· Plan and personalize the customer journey to S/4HANA Private and Public Cloud while maintaining global scalability and consistency
· Plan, run, and manage workshops/meetings with internal and external clients
· Participate in transition planning of customer solution landscapes
· Support pre-sales activities
· Deliver solution reviews and feasibility studies
· Support escalated projects and takes over responsibility as a (sub-)project lead or team lead for a service delivered

WORK EXPERIENCE

· Minimum five years consulting experience in SAP Finance
· Has experience with minimum of four full cycle implementations (at least one in S/4HANA)
· Good understanding of industry specific business processes (e.g. Retail, Telco, Pharma, O&G)
· Project experience and references in implementing cloud-based and/or hybrid solution architectures
· Extensive practical experience with SAP Activate
· Has performed workshops with customer and lead a team
· Takes responsibility as a sub project leader
· Acts as a coach for colleagues
. RPA or/and AI implementation is a plus

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

· University degree or equivalent work experience
· Professional Trainings & Solution Certification
· Proven excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
· Desire to learn continuously and to grow personal skills and professional expertise
· Adaptability and flexibility to manage deadline pressure and changes
· English: Fluent; other language (e.g. Spanish, French, Italian) is a plus
