What you’ll build:

Data quality is crucial for a successful transformation journey, yet many organizations face challenges with fragmented data. Issues include duplicated records, inconsistent identifiers, and incomplete structures, leading to time-consuming manual preparation and project delays. As an expert, you'll pioneer AI-driven data management solutions that convert this reactive process into a proactive, scalable system.

Our platform offers a unified access point for data quality, detecting errors, suggesting remediation actions, and linking improvements to intelligent archiving and volume reduction strategies. By integrating SAP's intelligence with customer system signals and AI agents, you'll ensure migrations use clean, consistent, ready data—reducing manual effort by 25% and accelerating delivery by 10%. This approach builds intelligent systems that learn and guide organizations in data-driven decisions, facilitating smooth cloud transformations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the product backlog for AI agent development in data management, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives

• Align the product roadmap with management priorities for AI agent capabilities

• Define and prioritize features for AI-powered data detection, automation, and analysis

• Lead international cross-functional teams in iterative development cycles for timely AI solutions delivery

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and validate solutions

• Drive AI capabilities evolution and monitor KPIs to measure solution effectiveness and business impact

• Champion continuous improvement practices, incorporating user feedback and emerging AI/ML technologies

What You Bring

Required Experience & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Science, or related field

• 10+ years in software development and 3+ years in product management, delivering enterprise solutions

• Expertise in AI agents, artificial intelligence, and machine learning technologies

• Experience managing international, cross-functional teams and stakeholder relationships

• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value and communicate effectively

• Proficiency in agile methodologies and backlog management, with experience in JIRA or similar platforms

• Analytical mindset with the ability to define success metrics, interpret insights, and make prioritization decisions

• Fluent in English with excellent communication and presentation skills

Nice to Have:

• Understanding of data management, data quality, data governance, or enterprise transformation within ERP or cloud migration contexts
