<主な職務内容>
- 担当テリトリー(パートナー主導テリトリー含)における戦略策定と実行
テリトリー分析、競合分析を踏まえた戦略立案と実行を担って頂きます。
- One team セールスモーションの実行
AE、TEM、Digital HUB、マーケティング、PES、パートナー様を含めたE2Eでのオペレーションモデルを確立し競争力のあるセールスプレイ、オファリング、エコシステムの確立と実行を担って頂きます。
- 社内外のステークホルダー育成
ピープルマネージャーとして自チームメンバーの育成は勿論の事、社内関係部署メンバー、パートナー様の成功・成長に向けた育成を担って頂きます。
