＜主な職務内容＞

• 担当テリトリー（パートナー主導テリトリー含）における戦略策定と実行

テリトリー分析、競合分析を踏まえた戦略立案と実行を担って頂きます。

• One team セールスモーションの実行

AE、TEM、Digital HUB、マーケティング、PES、パートナー様を含めたE2Eでのオペレーションモデルを確立し競争力のあるセールスプレイ、オファリング、エコシステムの確立と実行を担って頂きます。

• 社内外のステークホルダー育成

ピープルマネージャーとして自チームメンバーの育成は勿論の事、社内関係部署メンバー、パートナー様の成功・成長に向けた育成を担って頂きます。

• 新規顧客開拓、市場開拓意欲マインドセット

• 社内外横断でのチームビルディング、リーダーシップ

• SAPソリューションやクラウドビジネスの営業サイクルの理解

• Cレベルを含む社内外ステークホルダーとの高いコミュニケーション力
