Als Recruiter für Campus & Early Talentübernimmst du eine Schlüsselrolle für die Schweiz und Österreich – mit Fokus auf unsere SAP Academy for Customer Success, aber auch auf Studierenden- und Einstiegspositionen.

Du bist nicht nur Recruiter, sondern auch

Netzwerker: in, Markenbotschafter:in und Talent-Spotter:in auf dem Campus.

Deine Mission:

• End-to-End Recruiting für Campus & Early Talent in der Schweiz und Österreich

• Lead für die SAP Academy for Customer Success sowie weitere Graduate- und Studentenrollen

• Aufbau starker Talentpipelines (ja, du wirst viel sourcen und netzwerken )

• Planung und Durchführung von Campus Events, Karrieremessen & Hochschulkooperationen

• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Hiring Managern und internationalen Teams

• Sicherstellen einer top Candidate Experience (von erster Ansprache bis Offer)

• Mitgestaltung von Employer Branding Aktivitäten für Early Talent
