What you’ll do:

Develop, implement, and manage the IT Grundschutz based information management system in line with BSI standards.

Establish and support strategies and initiatives to comply with Grundschutz standards and address emerging threats.
-
Support internal audits and compliance assessments, preparing reports and documentation for internal & external audits.
-
Provide expert guidance and mentorship to various teams & stakeholders, promoting knowledge-sharing and skills growth.
-
Conduct and orchestrate comprehensive risk assessments and develop response strategies to protect cloud-based systems.
-
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless implementation of security standards.
-
Establish and manage compliance policies and procedures to maintain high standards and regulatory compliance.
-
Oversee compliance security incidents and coordinate effective response strategies.
-
Support and drive the continuous improvement process
What you bring:
-
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field.
-
Deep understanding of IT processes, and their contractual, regulatory, and legal significance, such as EUDP, GDPR and SOX.
-
Extensive experience with standards such as SOC 1 & 2, ISO 27001, BSI C5, PCI DSS, NIST SP 800 and BSI IT-Grundschutz.
-
Minimum of 10 years experience in IT security & compliance environments.

Proven track record in managing IT security systems within cloud environments.
-
Excellent leadership skills and ability to mentor and develop teams.
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-
Relevant certifications such as BSI IT-Grundschutz, CISSP, CISM, or similar are highly desirable.
