As the Solution Advisor (SA) or Pre-sales Advisor or Expert for SAP Business Data Cloud, you will be the go-to Data & AI solution specialist for the sales team. You will use your deep expertise in data platforms, analytics, and AI to support the entire sales cycle — from opportunity identification through deal closure, be focused with adoption/ consumption mindset and post-sale expansion.
You will help customers modernize their data platforms, analytics and AI capabilities using SAP Business Data Cloud and expand their SAP footprint to maximize business value.
· Provide deep Data & AI solution expertise to support new sales and adoption for key customers using SAP Business Data Cloud (Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Databricks, SAP HANA Cloud, Intelligent Apps & Data Products & Open Data Ecosystem Partners)
· Deliver standard and customized demonstrations showing how customers can unlock business value from their data using analytics, data products and AI
· Support Account Teams with data-driven solution presentations, workshops and demos to identify, qualify and progress opportunities
· Lead and drive high-impact customer engagements: executive briefings, technical workshops, architecture reviews, RFP responses, customized demos, and multi-stakeholder proofs-of-concept.
· Evaluate data and analytics maturity, architecture and use cases to determine where to invest in opportunities
· Establish yourself as a Data & AI thought leader within the account team and contribute to account strategy
· Collaborate with Sales, Partners and Marketing to build differentiated Data & AI value propositions
· Conduct technical and business dry-runs for strategic data platform and AI engagements
· Transition successful opportunities to implementation partners and SAP Services with clear solution designs
· Engage customers continuously to expand adoption of SAP Business Data Cloud and support renewals/ upsells
· You will work with partners (Global SAP Partners & Niche service partners) with complimentary capabilities to deliver comprehensive solutions to customers
· Proactively author and distribute thought leadership materials—such as articles, case studies, and best practice guides—demonstrating innovative uses cased within SAP Business Data Cloud and broader Data & AI domain knowledge. Share insights with the extended team to foster continuous learning, encourage the adoption of proven strategies across the Data & AI community of experts within SAP.
