As a critical part of the broader Customer Experience (CX) department, the UX team works to empathetically understand and address user needs, leveraging cutting-edge technology and data-driven insights to enhance user interactions across digital platforms. The team's interdisciplinary approach combines expertise in design, psychology, and technology, fostering an environment of innovation and collaboration. Envisioning to “Delight customers. Always.”, the Customer eXperience & Solutions (CXS) teams within the Customer Support organization engineer software products in the area of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) that helps to create the perfect experience throughout the customer journey, from discovery & implementation to go-live, for all SAP products.
