What You’ll Build
The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAP’s global, strategic, paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers. This is more than an internship; it’s the foundation for a career built on connection, creativity, and impact.
Position title: SAP Human Resources i Xp Intern (f/m/d)– Talent Discovery
Location: Walldorf
As an intern (f/m/d) in the Talent Discovery organization, you will learn all stages of the candidate journey: from creating a job opening, to contract creation in a global company. This isn't a run-of-the-mill job—it's a chance to have a hand in shaping the future. You will be involved in a variety of tasks including:
- Identifying suitable candidates on social media and reaching out to them
- Reviewing incoming applications and conducting initial pre-selection interviews
- Assisting with the application process by organizing selection days
- Proposing your ideas on how to attract the best talents
- Contributing in preparation and implementation of events and workshops
- Handling administrative tasks with the nitty-gritty of recruiting - things like managing job advertisements and handling travel expenses of the applicants
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for someone who takes the initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
You are a student (f/m/d) in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics, humanities, social sciences, psychology or a comparable field of study, preferably with a focus on human resources. Here are the qualities we're looking for:
- You bring strong interest in Recruiting in an innovative technology company
- Hands-on mentality and reliability as a team player. You take charge and keep trying, even when things get tough.
- Good presentation, communication, and networking skills
- Creativity and passion for innovation
- German excellent level, English fluent
- Working from Walldorf office is required. If you are applying from outside the area, please mention your relocation plans or preferences in your CV (Relocation costs are not reimbursed by the manager/employer)
