We are seeking a seasoned Full-stack Developer to lead a small, fast-moving team and drive the evolution of our AI architecture and supporting technology. This role requires deep hands-on technical capability, strong leadership, and the ability to bring SAP solution architecture expertise to integrate and scale AI-powered products across enterprise environments.

What you’ll build

• Collaborate within a fast-moving team to stay on top of the latest advancements in AI, validate new approaches and spread learnings broadly.

• Own full-stack development for AI-driven features and platforms (front-end, back-end, APIs, data layers, integrations).

• Design and implement evaluation pipelines for AI systems. Define success metrics, experiment frameworks, and model monitoring.

• Design scalable patterns to connect SAP landscapes with AI services.

• Mentor and lead engineers. Establish high-quality code practices, peer reviews, and knowledge-sharing rituals.

• Partner with product, data, and security teams to deliver reliable, compliant, and performant solutions.

• Drive DevOps/LLMOps practices, including CI/CD, infrastructure as code, observability, and cost-aware scaling.

• Document architectures, decisions, ensure maintainability and operational excellence.

What you bring:

Required

• Professional Experience: At least 6 years of software engineering experience, with a track record of delivering end-to-end features or projects.

• Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field

Core Technical Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Python for back-end development.

• Experience with Full-Stack development, including React and REST/GraphQL APIs.

• Solid understanding of relational databases (e.g., Postgres).

• AI/ML Foundation: At least 2 years of experience working with ML or LLM solutions, including moving prototypes toward production.

• Cloud & DevOps: Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and working within a major cloud environment (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

• Ownership: Proven ability to take responsibility for project modules and deliver results within a team setting.

• Collaboration: Strong ability to work cross-functionally with product managers, data scientists, and other engineering teams.

Optional

• Advanced AI Expertise: Practical experience with RAG, AI Agents, and frameworks like Lang Chain or Llama Index.

• AI Operations: Familiarity with AI evaluation and experiment management tools such as MLflow or Weights & Biases.

• SAP Integration: Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, BTP (Kyma), or integration protocols like OData, RFC, or CPI.

• Advanced Infrastructure: Familiarity with Kafka for event streaming and Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform.
