What You’ll Build

The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAP’s global, strategic, paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers. This is more than an internship; it’s the foundation for a career built on connection, creativity, and impact.

Position title: SAP Partner Recruitment Campaign i Xp Intern

Location: São Leopoldo, Brazil

Expected start date to end date: May 2026- May 2028

The intern will directly support partner acquisition efforts by improving targeting accuracy, campaign execution quality, and data reliability. Their work will contribute to more efficient outreach, stronger pipeline creation, and better decision-making based on structured data analysis.

• Support partner recruitment campaigns through target account research, list building, and data segmentation

• Analyze large datasets to identify high-potential partner profiles based on defined criteria

• Assist in campaign execution (email sequences, tracking performance, reporting)

• Maintain and enrich data to ensure accuracy and usability

• Provide structured insights and summaries to support outreach and prioritization

What you bring:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business, Economics, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field

• Initial experience through coursework, internships, or projects involving data analysis, marketing, or business research. Comfortable working with structured data and large lists

• Strong Excel skills

• Analytical and detail-oriented mindset

• Structured way of working

• Strong organizational skills

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with data enrichment or lead generation tools (e.g., Zoom Info, Apollo,…)

• Basic understanding of B2B marketing or demand generation
