What you'll do

• Work hand-in-hand with colleagues of the Business Evolution & Execution team and take on own individual work packages while always getting supported by a member of the team, such as the development of business concepts

• Create and design impactful presentations to communicate business concepts and quantitative results

• Conduct research on a topic and summarize it into a point-of-view document

• Develop small Excel models

• Your proactive and transparent communication style makes it easy for you to keep your team and stakeholders informed and aligned

• You are curious and motivated to look beyond the obvious and ideate different ways to have an impact

• You are reliable and able to structure your own work to work independently, and to take ownership of the work is important

• You are confident in presenting your ideas to the team and facilitate constructive discussions

• You are experienced in translating complex concepts into clear, actionable messages (written and verbal)

• You are well-versed in MS Office applications (especially MS PowerPoint)

• You have good written and spoken English skills, German is a plus

• You will finish your studies earliest in spring 2027 to allow you sufficient time to gain insights and learn with the team

• Please list your most important projects in your application documents

• Working from Walldorf of Frankfurt office is occasionally required to build personal network within the team

• Previous working experience in a corporate environment (especially a large organization, such as SAP) is required

• Experience with management consulting companies (e.g., BCG, Mc Kinsey, Roland Berger) or other consulting firms (EY, KMPG, Deloitte, ..) or startups is a plus

• You will work within the Business Evolution & Execution team, which works closely with other business functions within SAP’s Customer Engagement & Adoption organization and other teams like Strategy & Operations

• SAP’s Customer Engagement & Adoption organization supports customers holistically in implementing and adoption solutions & innovations, spanning the customer journey from technological advisory to delivery and value realization

• Other teams (e.g., Strategy & Operations) oversee SAP internal activities and processes (e.g., data analyses, organizational steering, strategic planning)

• You will enjoy a very good working atmosphere in a team of motivated team members, who have a background in IT and management consulting and are always looking out for each other

• You will experience a flexible and trust-based working environment with 50:50 women-men share

• You will benefit from a team that is experienced in working in hybrid environments (team members are located e.g., in Berlin, Frankfurt, Walldorf)
