What you'll build
Service Delivery
-
Responsible for the deployment and/or the ongoing support of cloud-based products and solutions. This will include support of the customer during initial implementation and throughout the life cycle of the customer engagement:

Act as chargeable Project/Programme Manager on strategic projects, working in close alignment with remote service delivery leadership to provide updates on local operations and projects and the extended SAP Services organization. (Expectation is up to 50% chargeable time)

Onsite presence for key milestones and meetings

Review, understand and increase the knowledge of business requirements related to the markets identified

Support or maintain project plans for deployment and support
-
Lead resolution of project and post-implementation issues/escalations alongside management
-
Build trust and relationships with customers, local SAP teams and partners to ensure customer satisfaction

Local coordination of resources, e.g. Travel Management Companies, customers, partners
-
Provide recommendations and lead internal initiatives to improve service delivery in key metrics such as: days to value, capacity planning, project volumes & quality delivered
Sales Support

Be the point of reference for the local Sales and Solution Consulting teams in implementation related activities for prospects and customers

Participation in meetings and discussions with Distribution in order to provide recommendations and guidance on implementation and E&C approaches.
Partner Support

Provide escalation support to high risk, strategic projects or customer activities which are delivered via the Partner Channel

Monitor in cooperation with Service Delivery Management the execution of partner lead projects
What you bring

Fluency in English and Spanish, Italian is advantage

Ability to be self-directed and to work independently

Experience in client-facing roles

Significant experience in project management, consulting and/or SaaS implementation

Strong organizational skills and ability to deliver on commitments

Experience with working with partners
-
An affinity for information technology

Strong experience with financial applications and knowledge of accounting and technical processes

Ability to carrying out risk assessment and maintain a project risk register

Experience in delivering SAP Concur implementation project is a plus

As a Business processes Senior Consultant you will be responsible for supporting the Service Delivery goals for the market(s) identified. This will be achieved through a combination of chargeable activities up to 50% (typically PM/Programme management) for customers/partners and activities supporting the project escalation management and Expertise and Care customer base.
