Purpose and Objectives:

SAP Success Factors Preferred Success is seeking a Functional Specialist to join our team and provide consultant level expertise to support the outcome-based goals of our cloud customers. The Functional Specialist will play a crucial role in delivering tailored adoption recommendation services and large-scale adoption events for both SAP Preferred Success customers and their CSMs.

Responsabilities:

The selected candidate will be responsible for remotely delivering 1:1 and 1:M adoption and consumption focused services and workshops across SAP Success Factors Suite depending on their area of expertise and certification. They will also act as a subject matter expert for their area(s), developing exclusive content for SAP Preferred Success HCM customers while collaborating with various stakeholders to drive the innovation and evolution of the SAP Preferred Success HCM offering

Requirements:

• Associate Certification in at least one of the SAP Success Factors Suite modules (Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll/Time Management, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Learning, Succession & Development, and/or Compensation & Variable Pay), and HCM Platform.

• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in development, implementation, and/or optimization of SAP Success Factors Suite with special attention to RBP, JPB, TIH, Story Reports, Mobile and the Success Factors Platform functionalities.

• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills to effectively work with technical and non-technical colleagues and customers. Additional languages an advantage.

• University undergraduate degree in computer science, engineering, or a comparable field or other comparable experience.
