What we do

We are a team of designers, researchers, and developers who collaborate to create engaging experiences for all of our sap.com domains.

What you´ll build

• Assist with project coordination, including scheduling, agendas, meeting minutes, and tracking action items.

• Support operational processes, including reporting, documentation, maintaining dashboards, and coordinating internal communications.

• Help organize workshops, team enablement sessions, and trainings, including logistics and stakeholder alignment.

• Maintain and update project materials and shared workspaces (e.g., Share Point, internal portals).

• Facilitate communication between project stakeholders and assist in ensuring smooth project execution.

• Conduct research and gather data to support planning, process improvement, and project analysis.

What you bring

• Enrolled student (Bachelor’s or Master’s) at a university or university of applied sciences.

• MBA preferred (current studies or intention to pursue considered an advantage).

• Strong interest in project management, operations, or business administration.

• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills with strong attention to detail.

• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in cross‑functional environments.

• Proactive, independent working style with a high level of reliability.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with project management tools is a plus.

• Fluent English required; German is a plus depending on team needs.

• At least 2 semester of studies remaining

• Presence in the Walldorf office required at least once per week
