What you'll do

You will deliver technical and application-related services to SAP customers, primarily remotely but also on-site as part of a team with other experts. You will be part of a network of highly specialized professionals and will collaborate passionately to solve even the most demanding customer requirements. We provide comprehensive onboarding across various topics to help you build deep domain expertise. These may include applications such as SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC) and SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP). On a day-to-day basis you will analyze customers’ technical and business issues and develop appropriate solution proposals. You will perform root cause analyses of highly complex business processes and optimize their system landscapes in heterogeneous environments. You will communicate your findings and work results effectively to customers and internal colleagues.

What you bring

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Physics, Maths, Engineering or similar

• 4 years of relevant experience in SAP products and technology required.

• 4 years project/delivery experience on SAP Cloud solution in any one functional area like Success Factors, Ariba, CX, IBP (Digital Supply Chain), SAC. Relevant module specific certification would be a plus.

• Strong programming knowledge especially in SAP technologies such as object oriented programming in ABAP, databases, CDS ODATA and SAP Fiori, JAVA.

• Ability to remain composed and effective under pressure, tight deadlines, and in critical customer situations.

• Ability to analyze and understand complex, detailed customer issues from both technical and functional perspective.
