Finance associate is responsible for booking cloud product orders for the APAC market unit, ensuring invoice

accuracy, resolving technical issues that affect invoice line items, and supporting revenue review and

corrections. The role also supports invoicing for on-premise maintenance contracts and collaborates with

sales, technical, and finance stakeholders to ensure timely and compliant billing.

Key responsibilities:

Assist with booking cloud product orders for the APAC market unit, ensuring accurate order entry,

correct pricing and billing information, and appropriate regional settings; coordinate with sales and

order management to resolve discrepancies.

• Review and verify invoices, identify technical errors affecting invoice line items, and coordinate with

technical and finance teams to implement corrections.

• Support revenue review processes and perform or coordinate API-based corrections to ensure

accurate revenue recognition and billing records.

• Support invoicing for on-premise maintenance contracts, including preparation and issuance of

invoices, verification of contract terms and billing schedules, and liaison with service and finance

stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate billing.

• Document processes, maintain issue logs, and provide clear status updates and escalations as

needed.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

• Successfully completed University degree

• Business education (preferred)

• Fluency in English with excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

• Detail-oriented, organized and with strong follow-up skills

• Must be able to adapt quickly, able to prioritize and solve problems with less supervision

• Patience, empathy, and the ability to handle difficult customers with professionalism.

• Team player and with strong work ethics

• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
