What You’ll Build

The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAP’s global, strategic, paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers. This is more than an internship, it’s the foundation for a career built on connection, creativity, and impact.

Position title: SAP i Xp Intern – IT Team Administrative Assistant

Location: São Paulo, Brasil

Expected start date to end date: January 2026 – up to 24 months

• Prepare team Newsletters and PPT presentations

• Edit videos and graphics

• Conduct data analysis and organization for reports and surveys

• Maintain constant communication with the Latin America IT team

• Conduct follow-up on trainings and other activities

• Team meeting note taker utilizing One Note and Co Pilot

• Help the team keep tasks up to date through Microsoft Planner

• Keep points of contact to ensure the team responsibilities are updated (NIP, Responsibilities Matrix and others)

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

• Undergraduate students in Administration, Public Relations, Communication, Secretarial or related areas (from the 2nd semester or later or to be graduated in approximately 24 months).

• Advanced English, Spanish and Portuguese written and spoken skills

• Good understanding of Office 365, modern-day workplace tools such as AI tools and concepts.

• Sharepoint knowledge desirable but not mandatory

• PowerPoint presentation edition skills

• IT knowledge desirable but not mandatory

• Good writing skills

• High attention to detail

• Desire to learn

We are looking for an intern to work as part of the Latin America IT team which is currently present in 10 countries worldwide. Our team works to provide support services to internal SAP users and improve processes and technology projects. We consist of 20 team members and are looking for an intern with good communication skills, very organized and has the willingness to learn and eagerness to help in order to add value to our daily lives.
