PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES:

The SAP Next Gen Academy for Services & Consulting targets graduates with 1–3 years of professional experience. This 12-month rotational program builds the next generation of consulting talent, equipping Associates with the capabilities required to deliver customer value and execute complex transformation initiatives.
The SAP Next Gen Academy for Services & Consulting is seeking a Regional Program Manager. This role is accountable for the design, planning, and execution of the 12-month Academy program within the region. The Program Manager will collaborate closely with first-line leaders, as well as regional and global counterparts, to ensure a consistent and high-quality learning experience across all regions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Program Leadership: Lead the planning, building, and execution of SAP’s global Academy for Services & Consulting within the region, ensuring operational excellence and measurable business impact.
· Attract & Hire: Partner with Talent Discovery and business stakeholders to attract, hire, and onboard top early-career talent.
· Content Delivery: Deliver engaging, high-impact learning experiences, both virtually and in person, that accelerate skill development and readiness for Associates’ future roles within the Services Delivery & Consulting organizations.
· People Development: Develop, coach, evaluate, and manage performance for approximately 20–30 Early Talents per cohort in partnership with the First-Line Leader, ensuring continuous growth and strong program outcomes.
· Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with regional and global business stakeholders across SAP’s Customer Engagement & Adoption organization to ensure program relevance and alignment with business priorities.
· Program Optimization: Drive continuous improvement through feedback loops, analytics, and iteration of content and delivery methods.
· Operational Excellence: Optimize scheduling, analytics, and tools for seamless program delivery and reporting.
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
· SAP Consulting Expertise: Direct experience in Consulting or a strong, in-depth understanding of the role, responsibilities, and operational practices within SAP’s Customer Engagement & Adoption organization.
· Consulting Delivery Insight: Strong understanding of how consulting organizations generate customer value, manage utilization, and deliver complex customer engagements.
· Industry and Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of industry trends relevant to SAP’s Customer Engagement & Adoption, including consulting delivery models, customer transformation programs, and enterprise implementation lifecycles.
· Program Development and Execution: Demonstrated ability to design, plan, and execute enablement programs that drive measurable business and learning outcomes.
· Early Talent Development: Passion and skill for developing early-career professionals.
· Leadership in a Matrix Environment: Proven ability to lead and influence across complex, global organizational structures.
· Stakeholder Influence: Strong capability to build trust and alignment with senior business leaders and cross-functional partners.
· Coaching and Feedback: Skilled at facilitating skill development through actionable, specific, and growth-oriented feedback.
· Continuous Improvement Mindset: Receptive to feedback, data insights, and performance metrics to continuously enhance program quality and efficiency.
· Cultural Agility: Demonstrates global cultural awareness and respect; able to effectively engage with diverse audiences.
· Networking and Collaboration: Brings a well-developed network across CE&A and the ability to connect stakeholders across regions to accelerate program success.
· Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Excellent communicator with empathy, influence, and negotiation strength; able to engage and inspire individuals and teams.
· Language Skills: Candidate is required to be fluent in English and the local language.
WORK EXPERIENCE:
· Minimum 5 years of experience working as a consultant or related roles within SAP’s Customer Engagement & Adoption organization.
· Prior leadership experience preferred.
· Demonstrated track record of developing and enabling others.
EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS:
· University degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, Communications, Design or Human-Computer Interaction (HCI)
