What you’ll do:

The primary role of a Senior Facility Specialist is to oversee the management of our facilities, ensuring they are safe, secure, and well-maintained. In particular you will:

• Liaise with vendors and contractors, obtaining and comparing quotes before initiating jobs.

• Align with internal and external business partners and stakeholders.

• Conduct regular inspections of the facilities to determine the need for repairs or replacements.

• Evaluate different vendors and service providers to ensure facilities-related services are of appropriate quality and cost-effective.

• Ensure all operations are conducted in a compliant manner, meeting all health and safety guidelines.

• Manage, oversee, and coordinate relocation, installations, and refurbishments activities. Act as local PM during construction, utilization, maintenance, reconstruction, redevelopment and demolition of buildings and other properties.

• Maintains RE-FX data.

• Ensure alignment with ESG & GRF requirements.

• Ensure workplace is suitable to achieve positive customer experience.

• Effectively communicate workplace updates as needed.

• Ensure proper management and proper monitoring expenditure and provide forecast estimation.

What you bring:

• At least 3 to 5 years’ experience as Facility Coordinator/Manager or similar operational role.

• In-depth understanding of facility management, project management, change management and related processes.

• Degree in Facility Management, engineering, business management or relevant field preferred.

• Relevant professional qualifications such as Facility Management Professional or Certified Facility Manager (FMP or CFM) preferred.

• Familiarity with health, environmental and fire, life safety regulations.

• Proficiency in MS Office suite applications and facility management software
