About SAP Labs Network and SAP Labs Vietnam:

SAP Labs Network is the global R&D setup where over 55,000 engineers around the world create, operate and support the most innovative enterprise solutions for SAP’s customers worldwide. What you’ll build

• Engage in defining, developing, and managing software development models, fostering collaboration with colleagues across various departments and time zones to address challenges effectively.

• Contribute to the development of our SAP HCM product by collaborating with global teams, with ample support from experienced colleagues dedicated to your growth.

• Assume full responsibility for the development, testing, implementation, maintenance, and customer support aspects of your projects.

• Implement comprehensive tests to guarantee the quality and reliability of applications.

• Optimize application performance by adhering to best practices in front-end development.

• Thoroughly document technical designs, code, and configurations to facilitate maintenance and future development efforts

What you bring

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science or a related field, having a solid Computer Science background, encompassing data structures, algorithms, databases, and distributed systems.

• Have 7+ year of hands-on relevant work experience.

• Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) and familiarity with modern frontend technologies (React, Vue.js), enabling full-stack collaboration and efficient development workflows.

• Sound understanding of Object Oriented Programming Principles, Design Patterns

• Familiarity with web UI frameworks such as React, and similar platforms is advantageous

• Understand lean development infrastructure processes, including Git, Jenkins, etc., and have exposure to Continuous Delivery practices.

• Fluent-level English communication skills in both written and verbal contexts.
