What you’ll do

Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance via ticketing system on timely manner.

Post sales order management and invoicing support.

Gather and document relevant information for escalation to higher-level support teams as needed

Responding to internal and external queries within the Service Level Agreement.

Ensuring month/quarter end close activities are completed timely and accurately.

Ensure high customer satisfaction through professional, courteous, and efficient communication
What you bring

A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Fluency in English with excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

Keen attention to detail, a high level of organization, and strong follow-up skills.

The O2I volume 4 team is a newly established division within the O2I CSS Organization, focused on centralized ticket support for our organization.
Our team currently consists of 20 colleagues located in three different regions (Manila, Prague, Buenos Aires), all working together in a collaborative, supportive, and knowledge-sharing environment. Our objective is to provide best-in-class service and continuously improve upon it, making your role essential to our success.
