What you'll build

Together with the Product Manager, UX experts and our developers, you help making our AI assistants and agents market-ready. As result, the creation, optimization and analysis of automated security compliance checks will become an easy task. SAP Customers will be able to achieve extraordinary efficiency gains when automating their security compliance monitoring as required by their corporate security policy and applicable audit procedures.

As a creative tester and AI prompt developer, you will take charge of enabling Joule to understand the input and intent of the end user, so that user input gets accurately translated into user input for our app.
You are thoughtful about excellent user experience of AI-based conversations and take implementation guidelines and established best practices into account. Your (basic) understanding of IT Security and your practical experience with AI help you articulating needs for improvements based on tangible examples, so that requirements can be easily understood by developers.

The Opportunity of working with SAP Customers (onsite at SAP events or in 1:1 remote sessions) motivates you to build AI assistance that meet highest expectations and create a feedback of positive surprise. To achieve this, you take charge of your success and propose changes or enhancements to your tasks as required for our goal. You do not see problems and challenges as a personal weakness. What you bring

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences

• AI-native: You are used to working with AI and know how AI works

• Preferred: Knowledge about IT Security and related Compliance requirements

• Languages: Fluent in German or English

• Soft Skills: Teamplayer, creative, self-organized and well structured, curious, problem solver

• Working from the office in St. Leon Rot is required

Where you belong

SAP Cloud ALM helps customers with the cloud transformation of their SAP Solutions and with the monitoring capabilities required for stable and secure day-to-day IT operation of their SAP landscape. Its Configuration and Security Analysis (CSA) gives customers a self-service tool for automation of regular configuration checks. By this, several thousand SAP customers can ensure stable, secure, compliant and performant IT operation and success in external audits.

You’ll work in our office face-to-face in a team of product managers. Virtual collaboration with English-speaking UX experts and developers is part of your daily work.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
