What you’ll build

In the Data Management team, you’ll build the foundation that supports accurate reporting, informed decisions, and operational excellence across the organization. You’ll work on maintaining and improving data quality, ensuring consistency across systems, and helping to develop smarter, more efficient processes for handling data. You'll contribute to tools, workflows, and documentation that make data easier to access, manage, and trust.

You’ll also help build a culture of accountability and continuous improvement—collaborating with stakeholders from various teams, understanding their data needs, and ensuring we deliver reliable, actionable information. Your work will support key business areas, from workforce planning to finance and operations.

Over time, you'll gain a deep understanding of data flows, governance, and strategy, becoming a go-to expert in your domain. What you build here will have a lasting impact—bringing clarity, structure, and value to how data is used across the company.

This role requires proficiency in German, as you will regularly communicate and collaborate with German-speaking stakeholders.
