Global Services Solutioning Advisor | SAP Services Sales - Success Plans YOUR FUTURE ROLE:
- As a Global Services Solutioning Advisor, you will play a critical role in launching and scaling SAP’s newly defined Services Portfolio specifically the Success Plans
- Advanced and Max. This globally focused, high-impact role is responsible for enabling execution, driving adoption, and accelerating pipeline in close partnership with SAP’s global and regional teams. This role will be reporting to the Global Head of Success Plans Sales.
You will:

Co-lead the global rollout of SAP’s Success Plan, ensuring consistency in messaging, enablement, and execution across all regions.

Act as a strategic partner to regional services sales teams, embedding the new portfolio into sales motions and go-to-market strategies.

Design and deliver portfolio enablement programs tailored for field sales and solutioning teams, focusing on value articulation, competitive positioning, and execution readiness.

Work closely with both services and license sales organizations to integrate services into overall customer engagements and account strategies.

Provide expert guidance on solution structuring, value proposition development, and deal strategy aligned with the new portfolio.

Track portfolio adoption and pipeline contribution, delivering insights and recommendations to optimize go-to-market performance.

Serve as the go-to expert for field-facing questions on the Services Portfolio strategy, solution approach, and positioning in customer conversations.
YOUR PROFILE
-
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience, with at least 8 years in services sales or services go-to-market roles in the tech industry.
-
Strong track record in license sales, services sales or Advisory, GTM roles — including strategic deal structuring, value-based selling.

Strong track record in regional and global roles is a plus.

Good understanding of SAP’s license, services and solutions portfolio, especially in the context of cloud transformation and business value realization.

Proven ability to collaborate across sales, solutioning, and delivery functions, and translate portfolio vision into customer-facing outcomes.

Experience co-driving pipeline growth with regional sales teams through effective GTM planning and execution.

International business fluency, with a strong appreciation of regional differences in customer engagement and services positioning.

Understanding of usage of GTM and DG tools

Exceptional communication, influence, and relationship-building skills; confident working across virtual teams and geographies.
