What You’ll Build

  • Run approval process for customer-specific development contracts and ensure compliance with applicable internal guidelines and policies

  • Document approval decisions as well as conditions of approval

  • Assist in executing downstream process that ensures creation of required infrastructure for signed customer-specific development contracts

  • Support in compliance monitoring of running projects

  • Provide business insights and support in preparing reporting for CIS Monthly Business Review Meetings

What You’ll Bring

  • 12 months availablilty in this paid role

  • Academic degree, preferably in Business Administration

  • Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills

  • Excellent English skills, written and verbal

  • High degree of flexibility and integrity

  • Strong customer focus, teamwork and collaboration.

  • Drive for results - self-motivated individual with a “can-do” attitude

  • Ability to work under pressure with accuracy and commitment

  • Ability to work independently and in a virtual team (intercultural skills)

  • Ideally working experience in an Operations role

  • Process Management Affinity

The ‘Customer Innovation Services’ Operations Team is a small global team of experts responsible for providing operational support to the Customer Innovation Services, a unit in the CS&D Board Area delivering customer-specific development services that enable tailored solutions that by enhancing the capabilities of the SAP Business Suite. As Operations Team, we support the business by providing a service-oriented operational framework along with end-to-end operational business support as well as business insights that enable Customer Innovation Services to execute efficiently and compliantly. We are looking for a Business Support Associate to strengthen the CIS Operations Team.
