Summary:
As a Data & Analytics Manager, you will lead a Romania‑based team within the newly established A2C Insights & Data Foundation unit. Your core responsibility is to ensure operational excellence, cross‑team delivery readiness, and seamless execution across multiple stakeholder groups.
The Role:
In this role, you will manage a team that does not operate its own delivery pipeline but instead drives execution through strong cross‑team collaboration. You will establish a high‑performing team culture, ensure clarity of responsibilities, and orchestrate work across various delivery units within A2C, I&DF, and key business partners.
You will be accountable for operationalizing new topics end‑to‑end, ensuring delivery capability across the collaborating teams, and guiding the integration of emerging AI‑related initiatives. By shaping a cohesive and future‑ready team, you prepare the organization for scaling into a complementary delivery unit over time.
Additionally, you will actively contribute to topics yourself and take a lead role in at least one strategic workstream. You will manage team growth in Romania, oversee onboarding of new responsibilities, and secure alignment with strategic priorities across the enterprise.

Work Experience:

Several years of experience in an analytics environment and transformation‑driven organizations

6+ years as product owner, project lead, or process consultant

Experience leading teams with diverse skill sets in matrix or cross‑functional environments

Strong execution focus, autonomy, and commitment to operational excellence

Knowledge of SAP’s Data Strategy and Business Data Cloud; hands‑on experience is a plus

Experience with AI‑related implementation topics is an advantage

The A2C Insights & Data Foundation unit drives the centralization and elevation of data quality and harmonization while delivering cross‑tool analytical insights for roles, applications, and dashboards.
