What you'll build

Our teams mission is to drive the strategy and transformation of Customer Engagement and Adoption Team in Middle and Eastern Europe. You will mainly support two colleagues that deal with strategy development and communication, which could include:

  • Planning and execution of projects involving internal and external stakeholders (Leadership Team, Analysts, User Groups)
  • Assisting in development and implementation of strategies to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction
  • Conception, development and production of creative assets (Powerpoint Slides, Whitepapers, Graphics)
  • Orchestration of meetings and workshops with a broad set of stakeholders, incl. planning, execution, tracking of follow-up actions

What you bring

  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
  • Previous work experience (including internships / working student employments) in a corporate / international environment, in the fields of corporate communication, business support, or project management
  • Strong organizational skills, motivation, and eagerness to drive projects, reliable team player, ability to prioritize and multi-task, attention to detail
  • Very good English skills (spoken and written), German is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office products (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel), experience in photo / video editing are a plus
  • Creative mindset and drive to execute new ideas
  • Working from the office in Walldorf or St. Leon-Rot is regularly required

Where you belong

The Customer Transformation Office of the Customer Engagement and Adoption Team in Middle and Eastern Europe Strategic Programs team in SAP drives strategy and transformation for over 2.000 colleagues in our unit, and incubates new ideas to accelerate customer adoption. In our team, we have colleagues dedicated to Strategy Development, People & Culture, Project / Program Management and Customer and Business Officer.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
