What You’ll Do
In this role, you will own and deliver Global Total Rewards Benefits Operations outcomes, ensuring benefits are executed consistently, efficiently, and at scale. You will partner with Benefits Design, Vendor Operations, and HR stakeholders to translate global strategy into reliable operations.
Key outcomes include:
ensuring accurate and compliant benefits operations aligned with global standards; delivering a strong employee experience through timely and accountable request handling; improving efficiency by simplifying processes and reducing manual work; contributing to global policies and governance; and identifying and implementing solutions that improve service quality and business results.
This role directly impacts employee experience while enabling scalable and effective global benefits operations.
What You Bring
- Relevant education or equivalent experience in HR, Total Rewards, or business-related fields.
- Strong understanding of benefits operations and the ability to quickly navigate complex processes.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver outcomes in global, fast-changing environments.
- Analytical and solution-oriented mindset, focused on improving how things work.
- Confidence to partner with stakeholders and take ownership of topics end to end.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with structure, accountability, and attention to detail.
- Clear and effective communication skills in English.
