DEINE ZUKÜNFTIGEN AUFGABEN

Als (Senior) Engagement Engineer (m/w/d) nimmst Du im Rahmen des Front-Offices beim Kunden eine entscheidende Rolle bei unseren Premium Engagement Kunden ein. Du sorgst als Trusted Advisor für den Erfolg des Kunden und schaffst eine hohe Zufriedenheit, indem Du langfristige und enge Partnerschaften aufbaust.

Deine Aufgaben im Detail:

• Planung und Umsetzung einer kundenindividuellen Roadmap zur digitalen Transformation mithilfe unserer Premium Engagement Services

• Orchestrierung zum Aufbau und Realisierung von Prototypen zur Förderung innovativer Geschäftsszenarien

• Entwicklung eines Serviceplans zur technischen Absicherung geschäftskritischer Prozessszenarien und dessen Implementierungen/SAP-Landschaft

• Koordination von Servicelieferungen (insbesondere Positionierung & Scoping) und Nachhalten der Ergebnisse/Empfehlungen

• Business Development Aktivitäten sowie die betriebswirtschaftliche Steuerung des Kundenengagements

• Unterstützung des Kunden als Eskalationsinstanz in kritischen Situationen

• Stärkung der interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit – intern wie extern

DEIN PROFIL

• Ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Kontext IT, Betriebswirtschaft und/oder technischem Schwerpunkt

• Verständnis von strategischen Unternehmenszielen, Geschäftsprozessen und Industrietrends, insbesondere Industrieexpertise und ein Verständnis der relevanten Unternehmensprozesse in einer der folgenden Industrien

• Fertigungs-, Automobil- und/oder High-Tech-Industrie

• Services Industry

• Public & Energy

• Process, Consumer & Life Science

• Retail

• Umfangreiche Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement und in der Steuerung von Teams im internationalen Umfeld

• Analytische Problemlösungskompetenz und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise gepaart mit ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten

• Begeisterung für technisch bedingte Innovationen und disruptive technologische Trends

• Kenntnisse im Bereich SAP Business Technology Plattform, S/4HANA oder Solution Manager sind wünschenswert

• Fließende Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
