  • Drive end-to-end execution of complex projects – including content launches and live events – from scoping through delivery, managing timelines at milestone and task level, dependencies, and stakeholder communication across global teams
  • Help build and implement scalable PMO frameworks, processes, and best practices to improve project deliver and organizational effectiveness across content and operational workstreams
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently across different workstreams, identifying and resolving dependencies while keeping the overall schedule on track
  • Facilitate strategic planning sessions with functional leads (content strategy, product, international regions) to identify initiatives requiring PMO support and develop content and operational roadmaps
  • Own regular stakeholder reporting including status updates, content and program dashboards, risk management, and executive communications across team members and cross-functional partners
  • Partner with data teams to define key metrics, continuously analyze results, and translate insights into actionable recommendations for content, project and business strategy

Experience Requirements

  • 10+ years program management experience leading large, complex technical projects or content launches in media or technology companies
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant certifications (PMP, Agile Certified Practitioner) highly desirable
  • Experience in production management within media or streaming environments would be an asset.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead content launches, software development, and product launches from conception to delivery
  • Proficiency in project management tools including Jira, Confluence, and Monday, plus experience with data analysis platforms like Tableau or Power BI
  • Proven track record leading cross-functional programs with significant budgets and resources across global, matrixed organizations including content and programming teams
  • Experience with digital media or streaming platforms highly desirable
  • Highly organized with ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision, and manage multiple projects with competing priorities
  • Strong analytical skills combining quantitative and qualitative analysis to drive business decisions under ambiguity
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to context-shift between executive strategy discussions and cross-functional team coordination

Skills and Qualifications
