Position Summary

1. Draw and counteract quality problems of manufacturing process in advance, and stabilize manufacturing process and market quality by establishing warning and follow-up measures and report measures for production quality issues2. Provide support in order to produce good quality products with regular audit to secure uniform quality during manufacturing process.
2. Establish a network to defend quality regarding newly occurring quality issues by fully understanding quality management tool and system.

Role and Responsibilities:

1. Even quality Assists identifying and improving problems of mass production model (work, parts, design) in order to ensure uniform quality.

2. Quality audit Supports identifying whether ongoing work complies with the work standard management and taking actions(standard revision, change of work).

3. Manage change point Supports managing the timing when change points occur and checking in advance.

4. Improve false defects Supports identifying and improving problems through false defects management of inspection process.

5. Improve facility & JIG Supports improvement of equipment(JIG, measurement equipment) problems and maintenances.

Skills and Qualifications

• Acquires and applies job skills and learns the company policies and procedures to complete assigned tasks that are routinely/semi-routinely in nature

• Normally follows established procedures on work. Requires instructions on tasks

• Typical entry point for high school or vocational college graduates
