Role and Responsibilities:
We're looking for a Senior Manager, Affiliate Lead to join Samsung Electronics America, Inc. (SEA)’s Media Center of Excellence (COE). In this role, you'll be responsible for leading and optimizing our SEA affiliate marketing program. This is a high-impact position that requires a deep understanding of the affiliate landscape, a knack for forging strong partnerships, and the ability to drive significant business growth through this channel. You will serve as the subject matter expert and be the main point of contact for all things affiliate marketing across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Operational Excellence: Act as in-house affiliate marketing expert to support marketing teams full funnel campaigns, promo support for e-commerce teams and scale across all SEA lines of business
- Establish best practices, testing roadmaps, governance, and playbooks for affiliate marketing across the organization.
- Ensure brand consistency and operational efficiency for all social activities and scale across all lines of business.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, ecommerce and Employee Purchase Program (EPP) teams to integrate affiliate marketing into broader campaigns, product launches and promotional events
- Serve as the central affiliate media expert for the organization.
- Program Management: Oversee all aspects of the affiliate program, providing affiliate program support to the marketing & ecommerce teams, including partner recruitment, proposal recommendation (placements, cashback, etc.), optimization recommendations, budget forecasting and budget pacing.
- This includes an emphasis on partnering with influencer & PR teams for content creator & publisher activations to drive brand awareness and conversions.
- Could manage one contractor
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key affiliate partners, networks, and internal stakeholders. You'll be our brand's ambassador in the affiliate space.
- You will also be responsible for managing and optimizing our employee pricing programs as a key affiliate initiative in partnership with the EPP team.
- Performance & Analytics: Use data to drive decisions. You'll be responsible for identifying opportunities for optimization and growth and being a resource for the marketing teams, analyzing performance.
- Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends and a continuously evolving landscape. You'll explore new opportunities, technologies, and partnerships to keep our program at the forefront of affiliate marketing.
- Test and learn new strategies to maintain a competitive advantage and share across all SEA lines of business
- Experience using Affiliate Marketing to drive GEO visibility in LLM's visibility (Gemini, ChapGPT, etc.)
- Organizational Insight Sharing: Act as a central liaison to facilitate the cross-sharing of insights, best practices, and test and learn findings across SEA
Skills and Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in in affiliate marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role. Experience in a tech or media company is a plus.
- Expertise: A proven track record of building and scaling successful affiliate programs. You should be a subject matter expert with deep knowledge of affiliate networks, platforms, and tracking technologies. Experience with content creator partnerships and managing employee pricing or similar discount programs is highly desirable.
- Leadership: A natural leader who can inspire and motivate a team, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Analytical Skills: You're comfortable with data and have the ability to translate complex analytics into actionable insights.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft office to include (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and PowerBI
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You can inspire and motivate key stakeholder teams, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

The salary range for this role is expected to be between $159,000 and $196,500. Actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role.
Regular full-time employees (salaried or hourly) have access to benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401(k), Employee Purchase Program, Tuition Assistance (after 6 months), Paid Time Off, Student Loan Program (after 6 months), Wellness Incentives, and many more.
