HE Product Marketing, Operations & Analytics team is seeking an experienced TV/AV finance professional with 3+ years of finance and forecasting. This position will work closely with cross functional teams.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Prepare and conduct TV/AV forecasting processes: in-depth raw data preparation, system entry, and analysis of monthly forecast vs last TP/MP.
• Submit TV/AV final forecasting numbers (Gross Revenue & Sales Deduction) to NERP System
• Review and submit Sales Deduction conditions to support sales and promotion objectives – TV Walmart, Sam’s & Target roadmap, AV National promotions, Bundle promotions
• Support TV/AV month-end closing process collaborating with Finance & BM Team
• Simulate forecasting & closing P&L for profit management
• Manage daily invoices for operating expenses and support PUMI submission per SEA policy
• Create related financial report for detailed analytics
• Assist in ad-hoc requests and various operational activities
• Other duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance
• A minimum of 3 years of experience relevant work experience in finance and forecasting.
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Accurate and timely analysis working with large multi-variable data sets
• Ability to handle multiple requests and re-prioritization in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and manage one’s time

The salary range for this role is expected to be between $85,000 and $92,500. Actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role.
