We are looking for Junior Marketing Project manager (Home appliances) to join our Consumer Electronics Marketing team! This role supports the planning and execution of marketing activities for Home Appliance products, ensuring smooth delivery of campaigns and alignment with the Samsung brand and business objectives.

We offer 1650 gross EUR salary and variable Semi – annual bonus (up to 2475 Eur gross).In addition to a fair remuneration, we ensure additional benefits like Samsung smartphone with all expenses covered, health insurance, daily lunch allowance, e-learning opportunities, and more.

Role and Responsibilities Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute marketing campaigns for Home Appliances (e.g., refrigerators, washing machines, vacuum cleaners, built-in technique), ensuring timely and high-quality delivery across channels.
  • Prepare communication assets in line with HQ direction and local marketing plans.
  • Coordinate campaign rollouts across ATL and BTL channels, including digital, retail, and partner activities.
  • Collaborate with channel partners by providing marketing materials and supporting execution in line with Samsung standards.
  • Track campaign implementation and collect performance data, preparing regular reports and post-campaign summaries.
  • Support promotional campaigns (e.g., bundles, seasonal offers), including asset preparation, webpage updates, and coordination with stakeholders.
  • Work closely with external agencies (creative, media) to ensure smooth and timely execution of campaigns.
  • Align with internal teams (Product Marketing, Sales, Retail, E-commerce, PR, Social, and CRM) to ensure consistency and effectiveness of marketing activities.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support campaign optimization and idea generation.

Skills and Qualifications Key Competencies/Characteristics

  • 1–2 years of experience in marketing or campaign coordination (experience in consumer electronics is a plus)

  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills with attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

  • Basic understanding of marketing channels (ATL/BTL media) and campaign KPIs

  • Proactive, positive, and solution-oriented mindset

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Fluency in English and Latvian

  • Good MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel)
