Position Summary

As a Supply Chain Management professional for Cleans, Repair and Calibration (CRC), you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining healthy supply chains with Samsung vendors. Must have strong project management, organization and communication skills. Main activities include purchase request (PR) submissions, vendor dispute resolution/escalation and quality/turnaround time (TAT) improvement projects.

Role and Responsibilities

Here’s What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Submit quoted/contract purchase requests for all vendors.

• Track turnaround time (TAT) for purchase request submissions, revisions and deletions.

• Purchase order resolution.

• Monitor and analyze vendor performance.

• Hold vendor meetings and drive issue resolution/improvement items.

• Maintain clear escalation paths for all vendor/FAB Engineering communication.

• On time reporting to all Unit parts and Management.

• Present when necessary to management/FAB engineering.

• Travel between sites as necessary.

• Perform other duties as required.

• Receive training as needed.

• Document all work accurately and promptly in the correct factory system.

Skills and Qualifications

Here's what you'll need:

• Minimum High School diploma or equivalent; degree is preferred.

• 3+ years of experience in related supply chain management, vendor services or a customer service role.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Self-directed with high initiative.

• Strong project management skill required.

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office/Excel.

• Microsoft Office, Communication, Project Management.

• Strong problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.

• Position is for Taylor site.

The current base salary range for this role is between $57,760 - $156,950. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience. Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on factors to include organizational and individual performance.
