About the role
Position Summary
Workplace Solutions is the backbone of Samsung Semiconductor Europe GmbH. We work to keep the workplace comfortable, reliable, and productive, so that every colleague can focus on what matters most – developing the next generation of semiconductor technologies.
As a core member of our Workplace Solutions team, you would partner with the safety specialist and company doctor to ensure full statutory compliance and manage delivery of required training and medical services for Munich based head‑office staff. You will also manage cost effective purchasing of asset or equipment as per business needs and be the owner of preparing seasonal internal events for all employees to strengthen employee engagement and wellness.

Role and Responsibilities
Key Accountabilities

Occupational Health and Safety
-
Lead day to day activities as Coordinator in Occupational Safety in close cooperation with occupational safety expert and company doctor

Coordinate trainings and drills with supporting functions
-
Manage and keep documentation for precautionary consultation as per legal requirements for head office employees

Attend and follow up on quarterly OHS committee (“ASA”)
-
Manage follow up of OHS risk assessment (“Gefährdungsbeurteilung”) in close cooperation with occupational safety expert and company doctor

Procurement
-
Overlook and manage purchase of assets and equipment as internal local service in relation to business needs
-
Ensure all purchases comply with internal procurement processes
-
Internal Events
-
Manage end to end planning of seasonal employee events (venue, catering, entertainment).

Administer budgeting, vendor contracts, cost settlement and post event compliance reporting.
Skills and Qualifications
-
Valid German Class B driving license (held ≥ 3 years).
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Occupational Safety, medical sector, or an equivalent professional qualification (CCI / IHK).

Business fluent English (minimum B2) and German (minimum B2)

Preferred certifications: First‑Aid, Member of Volunteer Fire Department, DGUV‑V1 (Occupational Safety)

Proven customer experience

Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel (pivot tables, data analysis).
