Role and Responsibilities Key Responsibilities
- Account Support:
Assist the Retail Merchandising team in maintaining professional relationships with assigned accounts through regular store visits.
- Route Execution:
Follow a structured daily business route to observe and support the operational standards of dedicated retail locations.
- Merchandising Execution:
Support the placement of Samsung visual merchandising materials, ensuring all displays are up-to-date and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Quality Monitoring:
Assist in auditing the visibility and quality of in-store materials, reporting any discrepancies or maintenance needs.
- Insight Gathering:
Help identify opportunities for better product placement and visibility, learning to balance Samsung’s goals with account policies.
- Reporting & KPIs:
Assist in tracking field force KPIs and preparing timely reports on store status and business requests.
Skills and Qualifications Required Skills & Qualifications
- Communication & Teamwork:
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a large corporate structure.

Organizational Skills: Good time management and the ability to follow a structured schedule independently.

Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Passion for Tech: A strong interest in electronics is considered a benefit.

Language Skills: Excellent Lithuanian and English skills; conversational Russian is considered a beneficial asset.

Mobility: A valid driving license is required for store visits.

Experience: Previous experience in retail or sales (e.g., promoter or sales assistant) is a plus, but a "can-do" attitude is most important.
