Role and Responsibilities Role and Responsibilities

• Tactical and strategic purchase cost/value-add projections for existing and new products
• Collaborate with Supply Chain and Marketing/Sales to develop and manage strategic supplier relationships
• Develop and drive End2End multi-channel sourcing strategy for R&D and strategic purchasing
• Systemize early-stage business discussions for R&D and strategic purchasing
• Analyze/Report consumer electronics market trends and product infiltration strategy
• Cultivate strategic relationships with various North American organizations suited for discovering disruptive technology
• Orchestrate internal sourcing events for evaluation of potential suppliers
• Administer database utilization of potential suppliers
• Expand candidate company relationship management strategies for past, current, and future suppliers
• Identify sources of data for performance metrics, enhance the process to collect data, and promote the collection efforts to outside organizations

Skills and Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 3-6 years of experience in the related field.
• Solid understanding of technical concepts and functions
• Ability to interact and gain cooperation of various cross-functional team members, including Engineering, Marketing, and Product Planning Management
• Proven track record of managing risk in coordination with project teams and experience in supply chain management strategies
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

The salary range for this role is expected to be between $143,000 to $156,000. Actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role.
