Position Summary
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the development of mobile advertising solutions across Samsung’s owned mobile surfaces, including Samsung News, Samsung Gaming Hub, and other emerging mobile experiences. This role will focus on building scalable, data-driven ad products that leverage Samsung’s first-party data, premium mobile inventory, and cross-device signals to deliver strong advertiser outcomes while maintaining high-quality user experiences.

Own the product strategy and execution for mobile ad solutions across Samsung News, Samsung Gaming Hub, and another mobile inventory.

Identify and prioritize opportunities to monetize mobile surfaces using Samsung’s first-party data, contextual signals, and cross-device insights.

Partner with engineering, design, and data science to deliver end-to-end ad products, from requirements through launch and iteration.

Build ad formats and solutions that support performance and brand objectives, including app installs, site visits, engagement, and conversions.

Define and track product success metrics such as fill rate, CTR, CVR, revenue, and advertiser adoption.

Leverage user behavior, content, and contextual signals to improve targeting, relevance, and ad performance.

Collaborate with analytics teams to design experimentation and A/B testing frameworks to optimize ad experiences.

Work closely with Sales, Revenue, and Ad Ops to ensure products are sellable, scalable, and operationally sound.

Translate advertiser and internal stakeholder feedback into clear product requirements and roadmap priorities.

Ensure ad experiences meet privacy, brand safety, and user experience standards across mobile surfaces.

Support go-to-market efforts with product documentation, sales enablement materials, and pilot programs.
Skills and Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in Ad Tech, with a focus on mobile advertising, monetization, or growth products.
- Hands-on experience building mobile ad products (native, display, video, rewarded, or performance formats).
- Strong understanding of mobile advertising ecosystems, including targeting, measurement, and optimization.
- Experience working with first-party data and contextual signals to improve ad relevance and performance.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, data, design, sales, and operations.
- Strong analytical skills with comfort using data to drive product decisions and trade-offs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred:
- Experience with content-driven mobile platforms such as news, gaming, or media hubs.
- Familiarity with performance advertising metrics (CTR, CVR, CPI, CPA, ROAS).
- Experience with experimentation frameworks and A/B testing.
- Knowledge of privacy and consent frameworks in mobile advertising.
- Experience working in ad-tech or large-scale consumer platforms.
Compensation for this role, for candidates based in Mountain View, CA is expected to be between $175,000 ~ $215,000 base. Actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role.
