About the role

Position Summary

Lead and own Samsung’s holistic marketing strategy to build brand equity, accelerate product growth, drive integrated communications, and ensure commercial success across global markets. Partner with cross-functional teams, global HQ, regional offices, agencies, and channel partners to deliver best-in-class marketing outcomes.

Role and Responsibilities Brand & Integrated Marketing Strategy

  • Define and lead the global brand marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with Samsung’s global brand identity and business priorities.

  • Lead integrated marketing communications (ATL, BTL, digital, PR, retail, trade & events) to ensure consistent messaging across all markets and channels.

  • Oversee end-to-end campaign execution (brief → creative → production → rollout → evaluation)

  • Ensure consistency with Samsung's global brand guidelines

  • Drive market and consumer insights to inform strategy, execution, and performance optimization.

  • Ensure premium and consistent brand positioning across all consumer touchpoints

  • Develop an annual and quarterly campaign roadmap aligned with product priorities

  • Translate product strategy into strong consumer-facing campaign concepts

  • Translate Product GTM strategy into impactful communication plans

Digital, Media, CRM & E-Commerce Performance

  • Develop full-funnel media strategy (Awareness → Consideration → Conversion)

  • Oversee media planning and buying across TV, OOH, Digital and Performance

  • Define and execute influencer/KOL strategy and performance tracking

  • Lead CRM strategy, including segmentation, loyalty and personalized engagement

  • Own Samsung E-store performance (Traffic, Conversion, Revenue, integration)

  • Optimize marketing budget allocation to maximize ROI / ROAS and customer lifetime value

Skills and Qualifications

  • Degree in Business Administration or related fields

  • 8-12 years of marketing leadership experience in Mobile OR Consumer Electronics / tech marketing management/product marketing experience, preferably proven experience in competitive companies or other related customer driven organizations.

  • Demonstrated ability to set clear expectations and communicate effectively

  • Proven track record of success in sales and marketing environment, strong planning and organizational skills

  • High Customer orientation: recognition and credibility with the customer as a trusted, collaborative and productive partner.

  • Strategic thinking and able to execute to operation task, in-depth knowledge of corporate market needs and skilled in addressing them.

  • Good Attitude with ability to perform well under high pressure
