Role and Responsibilities

Samsung LSI Memory team delivers PPA-differentiated memory solutions tailored for advanced CPU and GPU applications. As a SRAM Circuit/Logic Design Engineer, you will play a key role in designing custom SRAM macros that enable high performance and low power consumption for CPU and GPU implementations across multiple tiers of Samsung’s premium mobile devices.

Your responsibilities will include the design, development, and verification of SRAM circuits and logic, spanning areas such as SOC memory, logic verification, timing generation, and physical verification. As a successful candidate, you will have a strong background in SRAM circuit and logic design, with at least 5 years of relevant experience, ready to contribute to the success of Samsung’s next-generation IP solutions.

Skills and Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in SRAM circuit and logic design with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/relevant technical field, or 3+ years of experience with a Master’s degree, or 1+ years of experience with a PhD.

• Experience with advanced SRAM circuit and logic design techniques, such as low-power design and high-speed design

• Knowledge of industry-standard SRAM circuit and logic design tools and methodologies

• Experience with scripting languages such as Perl and Python

• Strong understanding of computer architecture and microprocessor design

Total Rewards

At Samsung – SARC/ACL, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $139,900 and $208,400. Your actual base pay will depend on variables that may include your education skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.

Samsung employees have access to benefits including: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), onsite lunch, employee purchase program, tuition assistance (after 6 months), paid time off, student loan program, wellness incentives, and many more. In addition, regular full-time employees (salaried or hourly) are eligible for MBO bonus compensation, based on company, division, and individual performance.

Additionally, this role might be eligible to participate in long term incentive plan and relocation.

This is an exempt position, which is not eligible for overtime pay under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).
