Position Summary

In your role as a Photo Reticle Inspection Engineer you’ll be responsible for maintaining Reticle Inspection tool set pertaining to both EUV and DUV photomasks and responding to fab operational reticle needs. You’ll also be responsible for maintaining quality and delivery of EUV and DUV reticles to support fab operational reticle needs.

Role and Responsibilities

Here's what you'll be responsible for:

• Planning and coordinating system improvements and solutions.
• Extract and integrating equipment related parameters into existing Fab Operation systems.
• Managing EUV Reticle Verification system for ensuring quality.
• Coordinating exceptions related EUV Reticles with Samsung internal customers, and managing EUV Reticle defect history management system and daily communication of defect reporting.
• Responding to reticle quality related incidents, and coordinate plans for reticle release strategy to meet manufacturing needs.
• Troubleshooting and managing manufacturing escalation situations regarding reticle availability.

Skills and Qualifications

Here's what you'll need:

• B.S. in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical), Materials Science, Chemistry, Physics or similar technical degree.
• 2-5 years experience in semiconductor process engineering.
• High degree of knowledge with Spotfire is a plus.
• Knowledge of scripting language (Python, R, VBA, or JSL preferred).
• Understanding of semiconductor wafer processing fundamentals and photolithography.

The current base salary range for this role is between $70,480 - $179,090. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience. Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on factors to include organizational and individual performance.
