The Equipment Installation Engineer will be responsible for the safe installation of semiconductor photo equipment, ensuring maintenance of quality standards and adherence to scheduled timelines.

Role and Responsibilities Here’s What You’ll Be Responsible For:

  • Knowledge and experience of Photolithography equipment, and processes.

  • Understand basic Safety principals surrounding industrial semiconductor and high volume manufacturing.

  • Understand facilities that impact Photolithography tools and process.

  • Common knowledge of Mechanical interfaces for Mechanical piping and ducting.

  • Able to utilize most software programs, including: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project and Autodesk products.

  • Flexibility to manage multiple projects, preparation, experience and leadership.

  • Positive attitude and work ethic.

Skills and Qualifications Here's what you'll need:

  • B.S. in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical), Materials Science, Chemistry, Physics or similar technical degree.

  • Possess over 3 years of experience in photolithography

  • More than 3 years of experience in semiconductor equipment engineering.

  • Experience with One or more Photo equipment: ASML, Cymer, Gigaphoton, Canon, Tel and Semes.

  • Understanding of semiconductor wafer processing fundamentals and photolithography.

  • Coordination: Gets members of a group to work together to accomplish tasks.

  • Ability to deliver and present reports of a technical nature on short notice.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Problem Solving: Identifies complex problems and reviews related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions, using quality systems like 8D< 5 Whys, Fishbone diagrams, and flow charts.

  • Judgment and Decision Making: Considers the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate solution for direct reports and equipment.

  • Teamwork and Communication: Works well in a team environment and effectively communicates throughout the department and organization.
