About the role

Position Summary

Work mode: Hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 remote)
Location: Postępu 14, Warsaw

We are looking for a proactive project manager who can drive strategic initiatives and coordinate cross-functional projects across sales, marketing, and organizational development.

Role and Responsibilities

In this role, you will lead and support strategic and innovation projects run by the Centre of Excellence. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, aligned with business goals, and executed according to plan.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver projects across sales, marketing, and organizational initiatives

  • Coordinate cross-functional cooperation with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Product Management, B2B & B2C Sales, Procurement, Legal, PR, R&D) and external partners (agencies, retailers, business partners)

  • Define project direction, prepare briefs, and manage cooperation with creative agencies

  • Oversee end-to-end project execution, including timelines, approvals, and quality of deliverables

  • Support development and implementation of marketing content and communication activities

  • Ensure consistency with brand, product, and communication guidelines

  • Monitor project progress and support post-project evaluation through reporting and insights

  • Prepare presentations, analyses, and reports to support decision-making

  • Handle ad-hoc tasks and changing priorities in a dynamic environment.

Skills and Qualifications Your Profile

  • 3–5 years of experience in managing marketing and/or sales projects

  • Experience in leading cross-functional projects end-to-end

  • Strong planning, coordination, and stakeholder management skills

  • Creative mindset with the ability to translate ideas into concrete actions

  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities

  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative, “can-do” attitude

  • Understanding of consumer insights and their practical application

  • Very good English (daily cooperation with HQ, Samsung R&D, and European teams)

  • University degree
