About the Role

Our Netherlands Enterprise Account team is currently searching for an experienced Executive to help grow and expand our Manufacturing and Financial Industry verticals. You're a highly energetic and dynamic Enterprise Account Executive with in-depth knowledge of SaaS technology and value-based solution selling. In this role, you will be responsible for a small number of existing enterprise accounts, while also developing new customers and driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities for additional Salesforce products across lines of business and the C-suite.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new customers in the insurance industry and act as a trusted digital advisor
  • Deeply understand customers' key business challenges and goals
  • Collaborate with customers on the Salesforce Platform to evangelize solutions that help them achieve their business objectives
  • Establish plans to achieve sales objectives by effectively identifying and qualifying opportunities
  • Uncover prospects' current processes, business challenges, and strategic goals based on customer use cases and value hypotheses
  • Identify compelling value propositions that address customer needs by demonstrating an understanding of technology solutions
  • Interact with prospects and customers in a clear, concise, and timely manner using a variety of communication methods (writing, speech, presentation) and tools (whiteboarding, Google Slides, Zoom)
  • Continuously drive results using the full capabilities of available resources and tools
  • Align with the full capabilities of the account team and partners to support deals and customer success
  • Contribute to our business as a valued member of our Ohana

Required Qualifications

  • Experience as an Account Executive in the technology industry, with a proven track record of identifying, developing, and closing deals in the FINS sector, preferably with insurance companies
  • An established network within the insurance industry
  • Passionate about the sales profession
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce solutions, with the ability to articulate their benefits and applications to potential customers, is preferred
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage customers at all levels, from technical guides to business decision-makers
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to secure new business and expand customer relationships
  • A results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving growth and achieving ambitious goals
  • A positive, can-do approach that drives energy and enthusiasm across the virtual team
  • Experience evaluated based on alignment to core competencies for the role (e.g., extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer work, etc.)
  • Fluent in Dutch & English
