今回Solution Engineer (Presales)ポジションにてメンバーの募集を行っております。
Account Executive(営業)と共にCBU(中小・ベンチャー)のお客様のビジネス課題のヒアリングを行い、ソリューション企画、デモの作成・実施を行いお客様へVisionをご提案します。
お客様のビジネスや経営課題に直結した提案を通して、カスタマーサクセスを実現したい方、最先端のテクノロジーが大好きな方など、ご応募をお待ちしております。
担当領域:関東中心の従業員数300名以下の中小企業・ベンチャー企業や少数精鋭で経営をしているお客様
Role Description:
1.担当業界・規模のお客様をターゲットとしたソリューション提案活動
・お客様のビジネス課題とニーズに対する解決策の策定と、将来を見据えたシステム化計画の立案支援
・キーとなる課題に対する解決策の具体的なイメージとして、カスタマイズデモの作成と実施
・ソリューションデザインおよび導入計画を中心とした提案書作成
2.各種営業マテリアルの作成
・提案活動で培ったノウハウを活かし、各業界向けソリューション、提案テンプレート、Agentforceや生成AIの提案を推進するためのアセットの作 成
3.セミナー&イベントでの登壇、デモンストレーションの実施によるマーケティング活動支援
Basic Requirements:
・CRM, ERP, SCM, BI, BPM等いずれかのソリューションのプリセールスを経験している方、あるいは上記ソリューションエリアでシステムインテグレーションの提案活動、プロジェクトマネージャー、コンサルティングのいずれかを3年以上経験している方。
・セミナーやイベントなどでプレゼンテーション/デモを経験している方。
Preferred Requirements:
・CRMをはじめとしたソリューションの提案活動経験
・デモ開発/カスタマイズの経験
・セミナーやイベントなどでプレゼンテーション/デモンストレーション経験
・SIプロジェクトのPM経験
