現在、日本および韓国/台湾市場（JPKT）において、Mule Softの成長を加速させるプロダクトマネージャーを募集しています。 このロールでは、従来のAPIマネジメントに加え、エンタープライズレベルのデータ統合（ETL/ELT）、データガバナンス、そしてAIエージェント活用のための基盤整備といった、より広範な視点を持った戦略立案が求められます。
Informatica等のデータプラットフォーム製品が担ってきた領域（バルクデータ処理、データ品質管理など）と、Mule Softのリアルタイム性を融合させ、日本のお客様に最適なデータ統合ソリューションを定義• 推進できるリーダーを求めています。

業務内容

日本および韓国市場におけるMule Soft製品のPMとして、市場投入から利用拡大、製品ロードマップへの反映までを一貫してリードします。

• *製品戦略とロードマップの策定:
  日本• 韓国市場特有のニーズ（レガシーシステム連携、大規模バッチ処理、データガバナンス要件など）を深く理解し、本社の製品開発チーム（米国）に対して機能開発の優先順位を提言します。
  API管理だけでなく、データ連携（Data Integration）、i PaaS、自動化の観点から製品ビジョンをローカライズします。
• *Go-to-Market (GTM) の推進:
  プロダクトマーケティング、営業、SE、アライアンスチームと連携し、技術的な優位性をビジネス価値（ROI）に変換して市場に展開します。
  競合製品（Informatica, Talend等）との機能比較• 差別化ポイントを明確にし、Salesforceエコシステム内でのMule Softの立ち位置（特にData Cloudとの連携）を定義します。
• *顧客の成功とエバンジェライズ:
  CIOやCTO、データアーキテクトなどの技術的意思決定者と対話し、企業のデータ戦略における課題を解決します。
  イベントやセミナーでの登壇を通じ、ソートリーダーシップを発揮してMule Softのプレゼンスを高めます。
• *品質向上とローカリゼーション:
  UIやドキュメントの品質管理を行い、日本市場で受け入れられる製品水準を担保します。

必要な経験/スキル

従来のアプリケーション連携に加え、データそのものの取り扱いに精通していることを重視します。

• *ソフトウェア業界でのPMまたは技術職の経験（5年以上）
  CRM、ERP、データプラットフォーム領域での経験。
• *データインテグレーション領域の深い知見
  インテグレーション領域、APIマネジメント領域での新商品の立ち上げ経験
  ETL/ELT、データウェアハウス（DWH）、データレイクなどの概念理解
• *ビジネスとテクノロジーのブリッジ能力
  他のプロダクトマネージャーやエンジニアと詳細な技術的な話し合いを行い、技術的な観点で製品に関する意思決定ができる能力
• *ステークホルダーマネジメントとリーダーシップ
  社内外の多様な関係者を巻き込み、合意形成を図りながらプロジェクトを推進する力。
• *言語スキル
  日本語：ネイティブレベル（複雑な技術的概念を平易に説明できること）
  英語：ビジネスレベル（TOEIC 800点相当以上 / 本社PMやエンジニアと議論• 交渉が可能であること）

望ましい経験/スキル

• *大規模データ統合プロジェクトの経験:
  基幹システム（メインフレーム等）からクラウドへのデータ移行や、ハイブリッドクラウド環境でのデータパイプライン設計経験。
• *市場主要製品に関する知見:
  Informatica, Talend, Boomi, TIBCOなどのアーキテクチャや特徴を理解しており、客観的な比較• 分析ができること。
• *最新のデータアーキテクチャへの理解:
  Data Fabric, Data Meshなどの最新トレンドに関する知識。
• *コンピュータサイエンスまたは関連分野の学位
